My name is Ceri and I am the Director of Fig Tree Recruitment
After hitting the life reset button, I relocated from Tassie to Brisbane in 2023. It was with new focus, clarity and a “Life’s too short” mindset, that I made the decision to continue my passion for recruitment.
My focus is on retained recruitment, which enables me to work holistically with a strong people-centric approach, giving 100% to my clients and candidates.
Discovering my “Giver” personality type really helped me to realise why I am so passionate about my vision. It helped me to recognise my traits and understand my desire to grow strong personal connections, to be invested in people, and continually strive to empower, inspire and support others.
This is the reason why I have included enneagram personality testing within my suite of tools. When you can understand what drives you, the clarity experienced is invaluable. Coupled with self reflection it really is an empowering tool.
